1. Terms Acceptance

By activating the Orbitex AIO Kick Video Downloader extension or visiting its companion pricing and registration portals, you represent that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these policies, do not install or use the extension.

2. Scope of Service & Usage Limits

Kick Video Downloader is a browser utility designed to facilitate the collection of stream media clips and VOD files from publicly visible web pages on Kick.com:

• Free Plan: Grants 15 lifetime download limits per Google account. This is a static limit and does not refresh. Free users have access to basic 480p resolution and simple layout functions.
• Premium Subscriptions: Purchasing Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly, or Lifetime plans unlocks completely unlimited parallel downloads, full HD (1080p/720p at 60fps) video scrapers, high-speed VPS threads, MP3 conversions, and cloud configuration recovery.

3. Fair Use & Prohibited Acts

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass, hack, or reset client-side tracking variables to circumvent the free plan limits. Automated manipulation, source decryption, or bundling our software elements inside external scraping frameworks is forbidden. Violation will lead to immediate email licensing blacklisting without refund.

4. Responsibility & Copyright Compliance

We do NOT host, server-cache, or stream any of the media files retrieved by the utility. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have correct rights, permissions, or author consent before compiling stream records or using downloaded streams for external redistributions. You must follow Kick.com's copyright and content policies.

5. Licensing Fees & Cancellations

Payments are structured recurringly based on the chosen package, auto-billing unless cancelled. You can terminate billing at any moment using your synced profile dashboard or emailing us. Cancelling disables renewal but keeps access open until the current term ends.
